The Most important person to this company is the customer.
A Customer of ours is not dependent on us.
We are dependent on him.
A Customer is not an interruption of our work.
He is the purpose of it.
We are Not doing him a favor by serving him.
He is doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so.
A Customer is not a rank outsider to our business.
He is part of it.
A Customer is not a cold statistic.
He is a flesh and blood human being with feelings and emotions like our own.
A Customer is not someone to argue with or match wits against.
Nobody ever won an argument with a Customer even though he may have thought he did.
A Customer is a person who brings us his wants.
It is our job to handle them profitably to him and ourselves.
Our Customers keep us in business. Their money pays our salaries.
Let’s show them our appreciation by the way we serve them.
Robert Pires owner of Bob’s Building Company began his career in the construction field while attending the Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational High School. After four years of schooling he participated in the coop program and worked with Costa’s Quality Kitchen’s for 3 years doing kitchen installations, interior trim work and light remodeling jobs.
